This lodge was totally amazin! The interior was super high quality and u could tell the owners put a lot of love into it. Comfy king size bed and a really nice modern bathroom. The welcome pack with milk and biscuits was a cute touch. Our dogs felt really welcome too in the pub next door!
The view from our lodge was kinda disappointing, faced a wall and looked up at a static caravan. The on-site restaurant was closed the first night we were there.

Great free parking and outdoor dining area, but our tv didn't work well.

The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious. I loved the reclining sofas, large flat screen tv, and the fabulous bathroom with a big bath and shower. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to a friendly pub restaurant. Gary, the host, was super attentive and even left us some essentials on arrival!

missingWrote a review on 02 Augfirm mattress
The foam mattress leaned toward the firm side, which might not be suitable for everyone. Upon arrival, the room was quite hot, but we managed to cool it down by closing the bathroom door where the hot water boiler appeared to be located. Unfortunately, the on-site restaurant was closed , leaving us to venture a couple of miles away for meals, though this was communicated and wasn't a terrible inconvenience for us. Some rooms face less-than-ideal views, such as service areas, which could detract from the experience if you're expecting something picturesque.

The room was spotlessly clean, with a super comfy large bed and a modern bathroom with a massive bath. The on-site pub was a cozy touch for a romantic evening.

The Trotting Mare was a right treat for the taste buds! The onsite pub served up delicious pints and excellent meals that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, just a stone's throw away, you'll find local eateries that give you a proper taste of Wrexham. The Double Room with Park View was another joy-spacious, stylish, and well-appointed.
One cheeky downside-our room was a bit warm when we got in, but it was sorted once we closed the bathroom door. The mattress firmness might not be for everyone, either.

Spacious, stylish room with modern amenities.
Our experience was marred by a rude host who didn't bother with a proper welcome. He was excessively attentive to payment reminders for minor charges. An important detail was overlooked-our dogs were not allowed upstairs, despite our expressed need for a pet-friendly accommodation. This unexpected restriction left us feeling quite uncomfortable .

Had a lovely time relaxing at the clean and spacious lodge, especially enjoying the welcome basket with treats waiting for us! The garden area was perfect for chilling out, and we really liked the walking path nearby for some fresh air. Just a heads up, the onsite pub was closed during our stay, but that didn’t change how great everything else was! 😊

The room was impeccably clean and featured a spacious bathroom with a lavish bath and shower. The hosts were cute and provided a lovely welcome pack. The surroundings were so peaceful that I could relax completely, though I did wish the on-site restaurant was open for more meals .

Stylish Retreat!
Wow, this place is super chic! The lodge was gorgeous, especially the comfy king-size bed. We loved having our dogs with us, and they even enjoyed the pub's vibes. The on-site dining was nice too! Only thing was the view. It faced a wall, but we were out exploring, so no biggie.
